1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India and to selected international destinations.
International shipping availability depends on courier service coverage in the respective country.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

Custom finishing services such as fall & pico, tassels, or alterations may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a notification once your order has been packed and dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines
Within India
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.
International Orders
Estimated delivery time: 8–15 working days, subject to destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
You can monitor your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Kindly ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of checkout.
Orders that fail delivery due to:

will not qualify for a refund. Any additional reshipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
7. Tampered or Damaged Package at Delivery
If the parcel appears opened, tampered with, or physically damaged at the time of delivery:

Please refuse to accept the package, and

Notify us immediately with clear photographs and courier-related proof.
If a parcel is accepted without noting visible damage, courier-related claims may not be considered.
8. Alignment with Return & Exchange Policy
Anwar Handloom maintains a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy,
except in cases where a product is received damaged or defective and reported within 7 days of delivery.

Although we ship internationally, all transactions are governed by the laws of India.
