At SS SILK SAREE CENTER, every saree and product is thoroughly inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. As our pieces belong to a premium, handcrafted, and designer collection, we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms mentioned below.
1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase

Personal preference regarding color or design

Incorrect or accidental order placement

Concerns related to size, fit, or styling expectations
We strongly advise customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and videos before completing their purchase.
2. Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Product
An exchange will only be considered if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

You notify us within 7 days of delivery
In such cases, the exchange will be processed for the same product or a similar alternative, subject to availability.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Only exchanges are allowed for verified damaged items.
3. Damage Reporting Procedure
To request an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery

Provide the following details:

Order number

Unedited unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect product
Requests submitted without proper proof or without an unboxing video will not qualify for exchange.
4. Exchange Eligibility Conditions
An exchange will be approved only if:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original tags, packaging, and saree folds remain intact

There are no signs of perfume, stains, or fabric damage
Products failing to meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following cases are not considered valid reasons for exchange:

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences

Natural irregularities inherent in handloom or handmade products

Fall, pico, or any finishing services
-
Custom-stitched, altered, discounted, or sale items
These characteristics are part of the beauty and authenticity of handcrafted textiles and are not treated as defects.
6. Exchange Shipping Process
For verified damaged cases, our team will provide reverse pickup arrangements or return shipping instructions.
The replacement process will begin only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team.
7. Refund Policy
Anwar Handloom follows a strict No Refund Policy:
